Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview and Commercial Status
Good Deer Homes Inc. (operating under the registered trade name Good Deer) provides advanced commercial technology infrastructure under the 0xReserve brand. Because these hardware and software assets require unique cryptographic provisioning, sequential serial allocation, and permanent on-chain network ledger registration, all sales are considered final and contractually binding except under the strict consumer and corporate compliance conditions outlined below.
2. Retail Return Window & Eligibility Requirements
We provide a strict 14-day return window exclusively for completely un-activated, un-provisioned physical hardware items. To qualify for a formal return authorization and a full refund of the product purchase price, the transaction bundle must meet all of the following criteria:

The formal return request must be submitted via our operations desk within 14 calendar days of documented carrier delivery.

The physical Sovereign Vault Bundle (including the physical card assembly) must be entirely unused, un-tampered with, and in its original, sealed factory packaging with the structural shrink-wrap completely intact.

The unique digital node utility license must not have been activated, initialized, or bound to any external decentralized wallet, ENS routing network, or network registry.
🛑 Automatic Rejection Trigger: For security, cryptographic integrity, and protocol protection, returns will be immediately rejected if the physical device has been initialized, an cryptographic seed or recovery phrase has been generated, or the node software license has been activated. Once initialization occurs, the hardware infrastructure cannot be safely re-allocated or resold, and the sale becomes permanently final.
3. Non-Refundable Fees & Restocking Structure
Upon the approval and processing of a qualified return, the following operational expenses are strictly non-refundable and will be withheld from the final settlement:

Payment Gateway Fees: Original transaction processing fees captured by our automated payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Payments) are non-refundable, as these financial institutions retain those charges. A restocking and merchant processing fee equivalent to 3% of the gross transaction value will be deducted from your final refund balance.

Logistics Fees: All original shipping, courier handling, customs clearance fees, and transit insurance costs are non-refundable.

Return Freight Responsibilities: Securely packing, shipping, and insuring the returned asset via a tracked, signature-required courier is the exclusive logistical and financial responsibility of the purchaser. Good Deer assumes zero liability for assets lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Hardware Defect & Warranty Exchanges
If a physical component of the Sovereign Vault Bundle or 0xReserve Card assembly arrives structurally damaged or suffers from a verifiable manufacturing defect, the asset is covered under a 30-day identical replacement warranty.

To initiate an infrastructure exchange, you must contact our operations team at support@0xreserve.com (or through your authorized dashboard portal) with your official invoice details and clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the hardware malfunction.

Verified factory-defective units will be exchanged for an identical, brand-new infrastructure unit at zero additional cost to the operator. Physical hardware defects qualify exclusively for identical component exchanges, not cash or token liquidations.
5. How to Initiate a Return Verification Review
To request an authorized return for an unopened, un-activated bundle, you must contact our operations team at support@0xreserve.com. You are required to submit:

Your original Good Deer / 0xReserve Order Confirmation Number.

The specific corporate entity name or individual operator name attached to the billing profile.

High-resolution photographic confirmation showing all angles of the completely unopened, sealed factory packaging.
Notice: Any physical inventory returned to our corporate offices or data-center storage facilities without an official, written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our operations team will be automatically rejected and sent back to the shipper at their sole expense.

If your hardware is already open, activated, and deployed within our active computing network, you do not qualify for a standard retail product refund. Instead, please visit our Commercial Lease Termination Portal to submit a formal request to return your node allocation capacity for its fair market value in CAD or ETH under Section 3 of our infrastructure framework.
