Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Assembly Windows

All 0xReserve Sovereign Vault Bundles undergo rigorous hardware configuration, cryptographic serialization, and quality-assurance node testing prior to dispatch.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, securely packed, and prepared for transit within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Pre-Orders & Batch Releases: If your hardware is purchased as part of a designated infrastructure batch or pre-order phase, shipping timelines will dictate fulfillment based on the specific batch deployment dates highlighted at the time of checkout.

2. Domestic and International Logistics Carrier Networks

To guarantee security and end-to-end chain of custody, all physical infrastructure shipments are dispatched via Tier-1 premium couriers (including Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and include full tracking routing links.

  • Domestic (Within Canada): Transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination province or territory.

  • International (United States & Global): Transit times typically range from 4 to 14 business days depending on international border processing protocols.

3. Transfer of Risk & Delivery Requirements

Because our bundles contain highly specialized hardware infrastructure, the following security and risk parameters strictly apply to all transactions:

  • Signature Required: To eliminate the risk of porch piracy and localized mail theft, all 0xReserve shipments require a forced direct signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended on doorsteps or communal areas.

  • Transfer of Title & Risk: Legally, the risk of physical loss, environmental damage, or courier misplacement transfers completely to the purchaser the exact millisecond the carrier records the package as successfully delivered or signed for. Good Deer is not responsible for thefts occurring post-delivery.

4. International Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For all operators purchasing outside of Canada:

  • Import Fees: The purchaser is recognized as the sole importer of record. You are exclusively responsible for all local import tariffs, customs clearances, state consumption taxes, and localized handling fees imposed by your country's customs agencies.

  • Delays: Good Deer assumes no liability for administrative customs holds, border inspections, or clearing delays executed by international regulatory bodies.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Intercepted Shipments

  • Transit Damage: If your shipping box arrives structurally mangled or compromised, you must record photographic evidence before opening the inner sealed shrink-wrap and alert our desk within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a package is returned to our Ontario staging facility due to an incorrect address input, a failure to sign during the carrier's delivery attempts, or a refusal to clear local customs duties, the buyer will be assessed a return freight fee along with our standard 3% inventory restocking fee before a partial store refund or re-shipment can be authorized.
